For example, it can be filled in whether PPE is required, whether the work involves chemical substances, and whether a certain area needs to be cordoned off. The person who initiates the work order, and thus also the permit, can fill in the fields for the work permit. Subsequently, a notification appears at function level that the permit has been created. Other persons can then further complete or supplement the work permit.    <\/p>\n<p>Once the work permit has been fully completed, it is passed on to management by IBM Maximo. After approval, the work order can be carried out. Naturally, the work permit can also be printed out in accordance with Deltalinqs&#8217; recommendation, because during an inspection by the government, the permit for the work in progress must always be shown immediately.
