Fully web-based, online or in the classroom, standard or customized, in-house or off-site, or a combination thereof: anything is possible. We focus on different roles. For example, for managers we offer training courses on work agreements or the use of KPIs. And with functional managers, we go into depth about the implementation of an application. In addition, there are of course specific user groups. Take an application of IBM Maximo in the oil and gas industry. One user group has a marine background, the other is knowledgeable in the mechanical or electrical field.
