Together they make configuring, using and supporting IBM MAS simpler and clearer. <\/p>\n<p>A good example is the technical separation of user functionality. You can now direct IBM Maximo Mobile users to a dedicated server within the cluster. This separate server prevents them from competing with other users for capacity. It helps keep your IBM MAS platform more stable and faster, especially when many people are logged in at the same time.   <\/p>\n<p>De gebruikersinterface van IBM MAS is praktischer geworden. This sometimes led to inconsistencies: a user might be active in one database but not in the other, so login didn\u2019t always work.   <\/p>\n<p>In IBM MAS 9.2, user management is centralised in the IBM Maximo Manage database. The separate synchronisation is no longer needed. This simplifies management and reduces the chance of inconsistencies.  <\/p>\n<p>The use of AppPoints is also more transparent. A new dashboard shows how AppPoints are distributed and where they are being consumed. It acts as a connection layer between IBM Maximo and various AI sources or AI agents. <\/p>\n<p>Previously, such integrations were often separate point-to-point solutions. The MCP server makes it easier to connect multiple AI solutions to IBM Maximo. This gives your organisation more choice in the AI sources you use.
