The images taken by the drone are analyzed based on an algorithm for corrosion detection. Smart AIS partner Airvision developed this on behalf of Smart AIS. The self-learning algorithm is able to independently recognize corrosion from images. The maintenance experts at Smart AIS then assess the images on which corrosion has been discovered, not the many hundreds of images taken. This allows them to assign the severity and provide maintenance advice much more quickly and on a well-founded basis. Another practical advantage is that your employees can work together on a document during an online work meeting. For example, a shutdown planning, project plan, or specification sheet.
