1. Exchange of large amounts of data without performance loss

Suppose you plot data about many thousands of assets in your work area every day, complete with all kinds of attachments, from your GIS to IBM Maximo. That is a huge burden on your systems and affects performance. With IBM Maximo 7.6.1.3, you can neatly cut up data batches so that they go over the line in smaller portions. This allows you to exchange large amounts of data in a controlled manner, while relieving your systems.

2. Securely exchange data via open connections with OAUTH authentication

Do you want to exchange data between IBM Maximo and systems that use open connections such as HTTP and SOAP? This is now possible in a secure manner with OAUTH authentication. IBM Maximo 7.6.1.3 automatically generates digital tokens for user authentication. Your security officer will be happy about that!

3. Easily make maintenance costs transparent and pass them on

To gain insight into your maintenance costs, you no longer need to run reports in Birt to calculate these costs. With IBM Maximo 7.6.1.3, you can get the desired data on your screen immediately at the touch of a button. Per cost object, you can easily break down the costs per period into, for example, labor, tools or services. Changes in costs, for example because work has been carried out on an asset, are automatically processed in the overviews. This method makes it a lot easier to pass on the maintenance costs for your assets.

4. Manage and administer stocks directly

Which parts or tools do you have in stock? From IBM Maximo 7.6.1.3, you can create count lists, where you can filter, for example, on part, tool or warehouse location. The count lists are available via IBM Maximo Mobile on the tablets or smartphones of your warehouse employees. They enter their counts directly in the app, which means that the data also goes into IBM Maximo. That saves a lot of printing and input work! It is also possible to use IBM Maximo Mobile separately for ad hoc counts. It is therefore not necessary to first create count lists in IBM Maximo.
