IBM MAS Inspiration Sessions: An investment in your future
What does it mean when you start using IBM MAS Mobile for the inspection and maintenance of your assets? Or when you want to use IBM MAS Visual Inspection to monitor the condition of your assets? At Gemba, we invest time in your future, for example with the inspiration sessions of IBM’s asset management guru Colin Williams. Our goal? To optimally advise you on the many possibilities of IBM MAS
and how to make the best use of it.
Concrete customer questions
The possibilities of IBM MAS are enormous, with a combination of three types of functionality:
- Asset Performance Management (APM) – prevents unplanned downtime with automation, analytics and AI.
- Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) – reduces recovery times through optimal insight into your assets.
- Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) – extends the lifespan of assets through better maintenance decisions.
But suppose you want to get started with APM functionality such as IBM MAS Visual Inspection? What do you need in terms of datasets, for example? During the inspiration sessions, we look at what you can achieve, what is involved and which stakeholders in your organization play a role in the process, based on concrete customer questions.
Support transition IBM MAS
We have now completed two inspiration sessions and we continue to learn. We use all that knowledge to guide you well in your transition to IBM MAS. We also do this, for example, with our own Gemba deep dive sessions. In it, we look together with you at your asset management roadmap. Where do you want to go? And how can we help you with that? You can read more about the deep dive sessions in a future blog.
